Marine Professional Profiles: meet marine scientists, educators, and conservationists, and learn about what they do and why they do it. Also explore their backgrounds and past experiences through interactive resumes! Get direct advice from some of these professionals through the Community Forum, or the Sea-Link Mentorship and Classroom Connection Programs.
Fish ID Training Center: A great place for REEF volunteers to visit! Learn how to identify reef fishes, and learn about the fishes in Hawaii. Also find links to other fish ID resources.
Explore Topics in Marine Science: Find out about specific topics such as marine mammals, sea turtles, marine protected areas, and more. View online PowerPoint presentations about these topics.
The Community Forum is a bulletin board where you can learn about many topics and interact with others. It's easy to use, and you can post as a "guest" or register. Topics in the forum include:

Community-Based Coral Reef Monitoring: Discuss programs such as REEF, Reef Check, and ReefWatchers..learn about resources that are available to help with these programs, find out what's happening in your area, and discuss cool marine life sightings! There is an entire topic just for "fish geeks," and one for digital underwater photography and video.
The Hawaii Reef Report Forum: discuss coral reef topics, find out about opportunities for community action.

Find out about our programs and how to get involved. Our programs include:
K-12 education...classroom visits, resources for teachers including free lesson plans and materials, special units such as "REEF Kids" and "REEF Junior;" lessons based on ongoing scientific research in Hawaii and around the world.
Kanaka Malama Kai ("Ocean Caretakers"), our "roving marine naturalist" volunteer program for anyone in high school and up!
Community-Based Coral Reef Monitoring in Hawaii: Project S.E.A.-Link is a partner of the Reef Environmental Education Foundation (REEF), Reef Check International, and ReefWatchers organizations. Find out how to get involved and become a "citizen scientist"!
Sea-Link Mentorship and Classroom Connection Programs: Interact with marine scientists and receive advice and guidance.
